      Assigning a Level of Care to a Day via Patient Calendar

      1. Log in to your Breeze EMR

      2. Click on Patients

      Click on Patients

      3. Select the Patient Profile to assign an LOC

      Select the Patient Profile to assign an LOC

      4. Click on Patient Calendar

      Click on Patient Calendar

      5. Click on the 3 dots to access LOC options

      Click on the 3 dots to access LOC options

      6. Select LOC

      Select LOC

      7. After selecting from the LOC option, LOC should now reflect on patient calendar.
