Granting E‑Prescribe Access to a New Provider

Prerequisites

  • Provider already has an active Opus user account (role: eg. Clinician).

  • Provider’s NPI, state license number, and DEA number (for controlled substances).

  • Practice owner/administrator who can approve billing for the eRx add‑on.

Submit a ticket titled Deactivate Prescriber – [Provider Name] and we’ll remove the e-Prescribe role and stop billing from the next cycle.

Can we bulk‑onboard multiple prescribers?
