How to Send a Mass Message to the Patient Portal

1. Login to Opus EHR 

2. Navigate to the Message button in the top right corner

3. Click on the "Send Mass Message" button 

4. Next, click the check box next to the name of each patient that you would like to send the message to. Alternatively, you can choose the Select All button 

5. If you choose, you can also add filters to select patients with a specific Status, DOB, Provider, Appointment Date, and more.

6. Once you've chosen the patients whom you would like to send the message to, next you can add the message that you would like to send to the Message box at the bottom. 

7. Once complete, choose the Send Message button at the bottom of the page to send the message to the patients.
