1. User logs into the Breeze EMR
2. Click on Patients
3. Click on All Patients
4. Select the patient's profile
5. Click on Options
6. Click on Send Patient Portal Link
7. Selects the name of the patient or the contact
8. Select "Send email to" or "Send sms to" or both
9. Click on Send
10. Patient or contact accesses the portal via the link sent to their email address
11. Click on Appointments
12. Click on Past or Upcoming appointments
13. Click on Past Appointments…
14. Click on Upcoming Appointments
