Troubleshooting if you are unable to locate a patient

  • Check the current active filters. There might be a filter status currently on that will not include the patient you are searching for. This commonly happens to Inactive Patients as the status Inactive is unticked by default.
  • Ensure you have selected the correct location. Please note that Patients can only be assigned to a single locationpatient menu on all locations with patients displayed across different locations
  • Coordinate with your Approver if your role only limits your view to your patients assigned to your case load instead of all the patients on the EHR. This is under Settings > Roles & Permissions > Your designated role > Patient Permissions > Can see all patients, not only those in user's Case Load Settings > Roles & Permissions > Your designated role > Patient Permissions > Can see all patients, not only those in user's Case Load
