Troubleshooting Steps for System Slowness and Errors

If you’re experiencing system slowness, errors, or buttons not responding, please follow the steps below and share the collected data with our support team. This helps us pinpoint the issue much faster.

    1. Open your browser’s Developer Tools

    • On your keyboard, press F12
      or

    • Right-click anywhere on the page and select Inspect

    1. Go to the Console tab

    • Click on the Console tab in the developer tools panel

    • Right-click inside the console and select Clear console

    1. Go to the Network tab

    • Click on the Network tab

    • If available, click the Clear button to remove existing entries

    • Make sure the Network tab stays open

    1. Reproduce the issue

    • Retrace the exact steps that led to the slowness, error message, or unresponsive button

    • Perform the action until the issue occurs again

    1. Capture the data

    • Take screenshots of:

      • Any error messages shown in the Console

      • Failed or red entries in the Network tab

    • If possible, right-click in the Network tab and choose “Save all as HAR” to export the network log

    1. Send the details to support

    • Screenshots or HAR file

    • The exact steps you took before the issue happened

    • Time and date when the issue occurred

    • Your browser name and version
