For the past six years, Dr. Heidi has been an integral part of the CARE Clinics team. Starting as a Doctoral Practicum student, she has since become a devoted clinician, trusted peer, and exceptional leader. One of Dr. Heidi's remarkable contributions is her involvement in the development and refinement of Care Clinics' Pre-Independently Licensed Therapist (PILT) Training program. Additionally, she is currently working on creating a similar training program for Supervisory Candidates. Her influence has inspired countless unlicensed clinicians to continue their growth and development as therapists, fostering positive change for all fortunate enough to cross her path.

Dr. Heidi Bausch-Ryan, Psy.D., LP, is a psychologist and the Clinical Director of Training at CARE Counseling. Over the past eight years, she has gained extensive clinical training and professional experience in a range of settings, including inpatient behavioral health units, a university department of psychiatry, residential substance use treatment centers, and outpatient mental health clinics. Her areas of expertise and clinical interests encompass identity development and exploration, grief and loss, as well as substance use and recovery.

Beyond her clinical work, Dr. Heidi is deeply committed to developing and providing high-quality training in the field of psychology and the community at large.
