Submit a Qualified Referral

Please provide information on the qualified referral you are submitting. The more information you provide, the higher the chances of our team closing the sale and you getting paid for the referral.
$3,250 paid to the referrer electronically, while the $3,250 paid to the organization will be a statement credit. Both amounts are payable in ten (10) equal monthly installments. Referral fees become payable only after the referred organization has (1) completed implementation and gone live on the Opus platform, and (2) successfully completed and paid their first full month of subscription fees. No referral fee or credit will be issued for organizations that do not complete implementation or that cancel prior to their first paid subscription month. If a customer refers multiple organizations that become Opus customers, referral credits will be applied sequentially, with each new credit beginning after the previous ten (10) month period has been completed. Opus reserves the right to make different payment arrangements as needed. Only active users of Opus working for an organization that is an active Opus customer will qualify for the full referral program. Non-users will receive a $1,000 referral fee instead, and their organization will not receive a bonus. Only the first user to submit a specific contact as a referral will receive the bonus when that contact becomes an Opus customer. Opus reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to determine the eligibility of any referral for a referral fee. This includes an evaluation of the authenticity and relevance of the referral and whether the referral pertains to a behavioral health practice or treatment facility's decision-maker or related organization.
